Yesterday went for St John Ambulance Training...
Soon it will be SJAB Day, so trainings very strict, so many rules...

1. Must say seniors names with ranking, if not run 20 rounds...
2. Cannot anyhow respond, if not shout for 20 times...
3. If make mistake in footdrills trainings, run...
4. Not playing a fool or wat so ever, if not run...

And there are much more rules than these 4....
